Donna Kimmel is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources for Sensata Technologies. Prior to the sale of the Sensors & Controls business from Texas Instruments (TI) to form Sensata Technologies, Donna served as Worldwide Human Resources Manager for another TI business, based in Dallas, and also served as Worldwide Manager of Leadership and Organization Development. She joined TI in 1997. Prior to joining TI, Donna spent 13 years in Human Resources management and Organization Development in the Financial Services Industry in Philadelphia and Washington, DC. Donna has a BA in Organizational Communication and a Masters of Science in Organization Development. She lives in North Attleborough.
